To counteract
deflection in the middle of the beam/table we have devised a patented system that provides a straight bend throughout the
entire bend. As the picture depicts, there are two specially shaped wedges that when one is moved via CNC, the
result is an apposing crown that corrects for the deflection. The precision is 0.00039".
